Sounds cheesy for the title?
Yeah, it gives me the same exact feeling at first.
Actually, I just want to share my review about the story I watched just now.
It's actually a Phillipines' movie I accidentally downloaded for fun.
Well, to be exact, it's been awhile since I last watched any Asian romantic comedy films (other than Korean) after A Little Thing Called Love (this one is from Thailand)
So, to down-regulate my excessive stressful days from the last paper,
I went through syok.org to hunt for some exciting and eye-catching movies to add in my collection.
Then, I came across with this movie.
At the beginning, I talked to myself to give it a try...
Well, maybe I can dump it straight away into recycle bin in case I don't even have a tiny bit of interest to open it up for a second - That's how low I can be
:)
but my boredom turned out to be a mood saver!
Just like any romantic comedy movies has to serve you, this story is not left behind in doing so.
You can predict the outcome later, but what really caught my best interest is the main actor itself.
Gerald Anderson is such a hottie though, especially the part where he showed off his 'chocolate' abs.
(Don't blame me but it's a norm for any straight girls to have the same pull)
Credits should also be given to Sarah Geronimo for her effort in playing George's role. She reminded me so well of someone I knew,
and...
This story also taught about how a playboy should learn his lesson,
and the effects if you're learning it 'too well'...
hehe
The best part I love the most will be no other than during the kissing lesson scene:
"Romance is a slow dance,
kissing should have room for missing,
because the wait...is the bait
it's about that moment before the kiss
that's where romance comes in
and you want that moment to linger...
blablabla"
(okay, I sound so pervy here, but it may be applicable for your future HUSBAND ok!)
let me repeat it myself:
F.U.T.U.R.E H.U.S.B.A.N.D!
I don't demand someone as hottie as Gerald, but enough to surround me with his gentleness, eternal guidance and devotion
(amin...)
okay, anyway
Here's the little synopsis:
(Taken from Mr. Google itself)
Awarded radio personality George Anderson Apostol, known as DJ Heidee to her listeners (Sarah Geronimo), provides love advice to people who are having problems in their relationships. DJ Heidee receives a call from a girl named Melissa (Megan Young) who is asking advice on how to break up with her boyfriend Andrew (Gerald Anderson). Unfortunately, Andrew is listening to the same program and hears Heidee telling Melissa how they should break up. Andrew blames Heidee for what happened and even threatens to sue her for giving that particular advice. In order to prevent a legal battle, and to ease her conscience, Heidee decides to help Andrew win Melissa back. In the process of getting the two together, Andrew and Heidee begin to feel an attraction toward each other. Will they be able to overcome their past and become lovers instead?
You answer it yourself later okay!
